Recent and Ongoing Projects Include the Below:

The Pilgrimages project, which sent 14 writers to 14 different cities in Africa, and one in Brazil, during the 2010 FIFA World Cup to write nonfiction travel writing books about urban landscape.

Evanston Scholars is a nonprofit organization that offers workshops, mentoring, college coaching, and a $1,500 scholarship to high school students lacking the necessary financial, academic, family and/or community resources needed to attend college.
